Orders:

Orders are created once payment has been received in full by Beobe.

All purchase orders will receive a confirmation email & tax invoice.

Shipping:

Rest easy, all our original art shipments are packed and sent using either LogiArt (Aus only) or Pack n Send & DHL respectively. You will be provided with live tracking, insurance and updates.

For prints and merch, we use Australia Post.

After an order is placed, it takes 2 - 3 days to process.

It generally takes 3 -18 days for your order to arrive at your door.

Please take into consideration, that it can take up to 21 days due to delays out of Beobe's control.

Please provide a valid street address, as we do not ship to PO Boxes.

To ensure you receive your items without delay, we require that street addresses are submitted in English.

International Art Buyers:

Your art investment is packed safely and sent securely using experts Pack n Send and DHL.

You will be issued a tracking number.

Beobe will take out insurance to the value of the artwork.

Beobe employs Pack n Send and DHL - so we can guarantee your artwork arrives quickly and safely and with live tracking.

Import Duties

All or any import duties or charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Check your country's import duties & fees so you know what to expect.

What happens if my artwork is lost or damaged in transit?

Beobe will make the insurance claim and receive a lump sum payment agreed upon with the insurance agency. Beobe will then use this money to re-create a new artwork for you. To date, we have never had a lost or damaged artwork in transit.

You will not receive any cash refund or monies from a change-of-mind, loss or damage event.

You will receive a brand new painting at no cost to you to replace the lost or damaged one. Beobe may paint a similar painting, or a different painting (Beobe will liaise with the buyer at the time). The painting will have the same size, value and characteristics as the damaged or lost one.
